Informant Based Law Enforcement Industry

In many, if not most, nonviolent drug cases recovering addicts need family, church, and rehabilitation, not incarceration. This is a better alternative than a cage, not only for the addict, but for society.

When once nice communities become known for having soft on crime District Attorneys, criminals flock to them, stay, and repopulate. We are now on are second generation of criminal immigrant families. Communities like ours die this way.

Some people are very dangerous and don't need to be on the streets even if they can rat out another drug addict. A violent drug dealer who thieves and robs shouldn't be set free in for testimony about non violent crimes.

If Law Enforcers are spending all their time investigating people suspected of non violent crime, they aren't arresting real criminals.

As Sheriff, I will focus on violent crime and property crime, crime that directly impacts innocent people. We need to lock up real criminals and we need to find other ways of dealing with victimless crime.

The United States incarcerates a higher percentage of its population than any other country in the world.  Oklahoma incarcerates a higher percentage of its population than any state in the United States. During the infamous Delaware County Mass Jail Rape scandal, Delco incarcerated a higher percentage of its female population than any other jurisdiction in the world.

This is sad, and its sick, and it is time to we got serious about serious crime. And it isn't going to happen by electing the same old crew.
